I think we’ll pick up 4 points and finish comfortably in the play offs just missing out on autos.

I think we’ll pick up 4 points and finish comfortably in n the play offs just missing out on autos. I reckon we'll get 6 points, but still end up in the play-offs. Maybe even just on goal difference. Play-offs is still an epic achievement given where we were only a few short months ago, so would definitely take that - especially in our form. We just need to hope we don't suffer any injuries!!

I’ve felt all along, that goal difference will keep us out! Oh well I’m pretty confident about the playoff’s UTG

One game at a time. I'm not looking any further than Rochdale. We'll have a much clearer picture after this weekend's games. There are still 8 possible scenarios going into the final weekend at the moment:
1) We're in the top 3 and guaranteed a playoff spot. 2) We're in the top 3 but could also miss out on the playoffs because we can still be caught by the team in 8th.
3) We're in the playoffs and guaranteed to finish top 7 but also still in with a chance of finishing 3rd. 4) We're in the playoffs and can still finish 3rd but could also miss out on the playoffs because we can still be caught by the team in 8th. 5) We're in the playoffs and guaranteed to finish top 7 but can no longer finish 3rd. 6) We're in the playoffs but can no longer finish 3rd and could still miss out because we can still be caught by the team in 8th. 7) We're outside the playoffs in 8th but can still mathimatically finish 3rd. We'd need to beat Scunthorpe and hope others drop points to finish 3rd to 7th. 8) We're outside the playoffs in 8th, can no longer finish 3rd and will need to beat Scunthorpe and hope other teams drop points to get back in.
Some of these are highly unlikely but still possible depending on results this weekend.

So many people are predicting that Northampton will get 80 points when they are home to Exeter and away to Barrow (one of the form teams at the moment). I really can't see it. This is how I predict the final table finishing UTG! Forest Green 89 Exeter 89 Gas 80 ------------ Sutton 79 Swindon 77 Northampton 76 Mansfield 76 ------------ Port Vale 75 You can do your own prediction here. www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/bristol-rovers-league-two-promotion-7010451

I have us either tying with Northampton on 80 or beating them 80 to 79. Is it feasible we could overturn a 6 goal difference if it comes down to that? Interesting our ‘goals for’ column is better if we ended up on same GD.
I see that Northampton may have a couple of injuries for Saturday. On the other hand, it worries me that the Exeter manager says the pressure is off and he hopes Exeter fans enjoy the day “win, lose or draw”! I wonder whether it might be Phil Brown’s Barrow who do us a favour in the end?
