The Bristol Post are saying the last time we scored 7 goals at home was in 1964. But I remember us beating Bradford City 7-1 in 1972, and we signed Bruce Bannister from Bradford a couple on months later. Who wants to confirm this?

We beat Burton 7-1 at home in 2012 and Alfreton 7-0 in the National League season. The correct statistic is that today was our first 7-goal winning margin in the football league since 1964.
Edit: SSN and BBC said the same as the BP. Surprising how so many major organisations have failed to fact check? Not that it matters...
