It’s a bit confusing that these kit designs keep being posted, however we feel about them. Can you confirm that these are not the new kit designs? I presumed they were a Gashead’s (very good) attempts at kit design, rather than the real thing? Looking at FB just concepts - The club will unveil the kit at the open day I expect so nothing official until then

Anyone able to post pictures? Dont really want to join any more FB groups! I know what you mean. Bloody FB bombards you as soon as you show the remotest interest in anything at all, especially joining a group. Anyway, proper quarters without ziggy zaggy fade in/out bits, blue on either shoulder (don't care), upper quarters not starting at armpit level, white shorts (obvs) and hooped socks please. Anything less and I'm off to Ashton Gate. Nothing, surely, could be that bad.

I’m guessing this is a rendering by the company on the pic

I like the idea of clubs wearing the new kit on the last day of the previous season. Chelsea and Arsenal do it. We did it once, the first Avec kit home v Sunderland live on Sky under Ollie.
Much rather see the kit out that early so fans can wear the shirt over spring and summer before the season starts, otherwise in winter you often cover it up under a coat and the only real use where it's visable is end of season!

Like Tom G said previously, given we’re dealing with a high end quality supplier these days whose customers included many prem/European clubs, we’re not exactly top of the priority list for getting the new gear out as soon as possible. Unfortunate but we still have a solid 11 months to rock whatever design comes our way.

It used to be the more bespoke you made the shirt, the more expensive and time consuming it got. But your are right, should be here in time for the first game. Unlike when we had to play Villa pre - season in a Brown and Pale Blue I think it was from Sports Direct in a friendly a couple of seasons back. I Remember the game not for how good it was, but the end of line 90% discount bargain bucket kit and Grealish's kids socks and skin pads

Well if we’re moving over to Adidas or Nike then well done the commercial team 👍👏 Isn't it the case that most smaller clubs with Adidas or Nike kits just wear a standard template version, like the boring red shirts/white shorts combo of Swindon, Barnsley and the jumped up failures south of the river?

Indeed, have been more than happy with Macron’s home/away shirt designs year on year and the leisure stuff has been superb.

Errrr….that was Man C not Sunderland ? we played the black cats just once in Ollies management tenure…losing 2-1 at home in the League Cup the round after we’d knocked Everton out.

I thought that kit was played in on our last home game vs Man City circa 1999 or thereabouts

A comic. Surely our new PR team could o better than a bloody comic. They have done well with other things. I hope to see something more in the near future
