I am a long time season ticket holder in the west enclosure .With the rovers attracting more support of late ,we now have to run a gauntlet to get past supporters around the pre match entertainment. Can the club set up a gangway for fans to pass through. Thanks. 60 years a gashead.

I have recently swapped to the West Terrace from the East Terrace and on Saturday entered the Stadium from the usual gate at the Muller Road end of Filton Avenue. I have to say getting through the crowds first at the new ticket office, and then outside the bars and then through the fan zone was a bit much!!
Next game we'll just go in through the gate at the Gloucester Road end of Filton Avenue which should solve the problem I would think.

. To be fair, if he’s pension aged and above then it’s quite likely it’s not an easy walk with that. I am also in the West and getting my 2 young kids through was a tad tricky on Saturday, so if someone has limited mobility I can see this would be a concern

I usually take my boy who is 4 and its usually an on the shoulders job to get through the fanzone to get to the west stand. Its amazing how many people see you but dont make it easy to pass by, or you walk to the back of a crowd and one steps backwards into you. If this gent is 70+ then i could understand his issue.
I wonder if they could do some kind of corden so you could have a natural path to the turnstiles and gates for the boxes.

Previously, once you were part way into that area, you could walk down the side of the queues for the ticket office, and that acted as a sort of barrier, until you were level with the turnstiles. Noticed on Saturday that it was harder to get through, now that the ticket office has moved, luckily my 6' 2" son goes first and I follow in his wake.

Because SAG had put a temporary limit of the number of people entering the bars there was a lot more fans than usual outside & I’am sure once the autumn comes & the weather starts to be a bit indifferent there won’t be such a mass of fans using the fanzone area, so hopefully access should become easier for the west turnstiles.
