Weekend games are not on ifollow in the U.K. The Oxford game was . Not sure the reason why though. Maybe early kick off ??

Games on Saturdays with a 3pm kick off are ineligible for iFollow broadcast in the uk. You need a VPN to confuse the gateway into believing you are not based in the uk.

Yes, I know about the vpn etc but even then I don't think it's being shown.

I watched Tuesday’s game from abroad on iFollow for the first time ( I actually was genuinely abroad!) . Anyway…. I thought I’d read from other fans it was cheaper ie £5 instead of £10 ? Cost me £9.34 I think in the end , would of been a bargain if we’d of won but a total rip off for the rubbish I witnessed ! 😂

I buy a season pass at £140 for when I'm out of the country. I read somewhere that Saturdays game wasn't on, which is a shame as I'll be away.

Read recently out of the 72 clubs in the Championship, L1 and L2 only 49 now use ifollow. The other 23 use their own streams I.e Plymouth, City etc. Wondering how that will affect those watching our games this season .

I wish we'd use our own stream. iFollow quality is extremely poor - it constantly freezes, the resolution isn't always great and refuses to allow 'full screen' a lot of the time. I have fibre optic broadband and I know it is easily good enough. I watch Somerset Cricket live on Youtube and the service is far superior to iFollow.

In response to the OP, Oxford was allowed due to the early KO and Portsmouth is being shown ‘abroad’ as far as I can see….
Re iFollow - I’ve never had an issue and I’m with Sky who typically are pretty poor for broadband. I average about 60 mbps download and about 18mbps upload - the freezing maybe being caused by poor upload speeds …. Before I went to Fibre I experienced glitches and the wheel of boredom and freezing etc and that was because despite download being ok, upload was 0.85 mbps ! You tube seemed to be fine but anything else was poor and that might be related to the technology being used in the background….. the issues also happened when we had more devices using the broadband at the same time… like I said, went to fibre and everything was fine no matter how many devices connected. Maybe do a speed test and see what that says?

Careful what you wish for - this is Rovers, we'd end up with somebody streaming it via a hand-held video camera!

On the Barnsley game they totally missed Loft's chance !

Maybe that's the issue. Does anyone on here watch it on Firestick and if so what browser do you use?
