Hello guys, can anyone help please.
I am trying to buy a digital ticket online for the first time. When I start the process it says that a Digital ticket and print at home are free.
But when I get to step 3. The delivery options are 'print at home ticket' and 'ticket postage' but no Digital ticket option.
Is 'print at home ticket' the same as Digital ticket option?
Thanks in advance.

Excellent thread. Straight question, straight answer, polite thank you.
No abuse or off topic nonsense.
Lovely.

Just in case you didn’t know, you’ll need to print the ticket, you can’t get in with it just on your phone

The email I received does say:
What if I don’t have a printer? If you are unable to print your ticket, you can bring your print at home ticket on your Smart phone. In order to scan your ticket from your phone you will need to ensure that you are Zoomed into your barcode on your tickets and things like screen quality, cracks, brightness, size on screen etc can all impact the scanners ability to read from screen. If you are concerned about this you can contact our team on seasontickets@bristolrovers.co.uk who can arrange for a paper ticket to be printed for you and collected from the match day ticket office.

QR code works better than the barcode according to a turnstile operator. Straight from phone screen

I have always used the barcode to get in and never had any reason to zoom it, either. Am i getting this wrong because this is a Pompey thing ? At home, i have never had any problem with scanning the ticket attached to the email OR you can choose to stick the ticket in your phones wallet and have two method of scanning as the wallet has a QR on it and not a barcode

Thanks for all your help. Just some feedback. The barcode did not work. But it was not a problem the steward looked at the digital ticket on phone and let me in.

Teething problems. In a few years we'll look back on the days of cash and chortle like it was trading beads and grains of corn.
