Right Ladies and Gents. Have just received a direct phone call from Pete Weymouth and a very cordial one it was. He has said a statement is coming out tomorrow from the club about the matter and has now been given full disclosure by the club on the matter. This information could not be provided due to ongoing discussions with those in authority at the organisations involved. I can therefore report that the club has carried out a full and thorough investigation and the problems regarding Season tickets packs etc have been attributed to Ticketmaster and two other companies that were engaged on the distribution of packs etc. Apparently one thing that has caused major problems is Ticketmaster deciding to issue tickets for terraced areas with seat numbers etc. Pete himself is working full time in resolving Ticketmasters cock ups. Have to say what a genuinely nice bloke Pete is, someone who has been doing his best to resolve issues created a long way away from Bristol Rovers. there is no point to waste a wage on yhe bunker maan bright. Pete seems to take the flak for his bosses mistakes but is still prepared to help in any way.

Thanks Bideford for the update đź‘Ť All I can add is I really hope the club bin ticket disaster as soon as logistically possible which I imagine will probably be at the end of the season. When the fans survey we get out every year comes around this year I shall certain be suggesting this!

I doubt TM are involved in sending out the packs? Although I paid my money to Rovers not TM so it's down to Rovers to sort out the issue out, I couldn't really careless who's fault it is I just want a card which works. Absolutely spot on. Ultimately Rovers are responsible and I think desperately need to sort this out. It is causing so much friction. With the best will in the world (I haven’t had a pack yet and couldn’t care less whether I get a free gift or not) not having a season ticket that works is unforgivable. We are in October when the season started in July! UTG! I think you'll find, as per Bidefords latest post, that it is indeed Ticketmasters fault.

I think you'll find, as per Bidefords latest post, that it is indeed Ticketmasters fault. But why's it taken the club until October to work that out? Because it would appear the three companies involved were not accepting responsibility. After a long investigation and several meetings with ticketmaster etc it is now accepted by all parties who is to blame. As Pete explained to me today non disclosure agreements were in place and have only just been lifted. Hence why he was able to tell me today what has been going on.

It is absolutely the fault of whichever twat decided to out source to Ticketmaster. Plenty on here warned of what would happen but were shouted down as not embracing progress. Someone at Bristol Rovers needs a long look at themselves for this. Too many at the top do not care about us fans.

The fact it is now 2 and a half months since the first league game of the season and a significant percentage of season ticket holders still don’t have a new card to cover this season is a disgrace.

The system for delivering the ST card is appalling for something of the value of up to nearly ÂŁ500, not even signed for. So you don't know if it's even been posted, or gone to a wrong address and someone else using it.

I understand that Rovers are to release a message about ST Cards today, that the latest cards will work. There are some people at the club that are working incredibly hard with club partners to resolve these issues, and should not take the flack for other companies failings. Got to be honest, don't know how some people remain so calm under the pressure they are put under, and the abuse received. Hats off to them. I too have been affected by this ST Card issue, but shouting and screaming and abusing doesn't achieve anything or get us anywhere.

I haven't received my pack (and frankly couldn't care less) but it does seem incredible to me that the season ticket card problem has still not been resolved for a large number of supporters. Mine has worked fine from day one, but I didn't have to make any changes, so perhaps that's why. I hope that the club are taking legal action against the providers, since clearly the problem is theirs, not the clubs.

Since the start of the season I've noticed the little old lady next door to me going out on a saturday morning decked out in a Blue & White scarf holding some sort of wallet . I wondered where she was going ?

If I bring on a supplier at work to save money on one which works but is a higher cost I fully expect to be held at least partly responsible if that supplier ends up being a duffer.
Whilst it would be unfair to put the blame at the clubs feet entirely they chose to take on Ticketmaster and it’s up to them to ensure they’re getting what they’re paying for and have agreements for, so as to provide us with the correct levels of service.
For example - if I buy something from a retailer I expect them to sort it out if the courier doesn’t deliver (excuse the pun).

Out of curiosity, did E-tickets work for the EFLT game?
