In this week's episode, Max hops on Zoom with Harley and Mets, who are making their first appearances of the new season to talk Barton, tactics, and a dreadful run of form. Harley is quick to come to Barton's defence, whilst Mets is baffled by tactical selections. Max bigs up Ryan Loft, whilst the boys address key concerns in the squad and formation. Many thanks for listening, and up the gas! listen.gascastpodcast.co.uk/276671/11402163-things-can-only-get-better

Interesting point made towards the end of the pod about our performance this season compared to the season Garner got sacked. Even if we win on Saturday, we will still have fewer points than Garner did after the same number of games when he got the boot:

JB has credit in the bank to get us going again and push on, Garner had us in free fall😄

None of that bottom four from the 20/21 table went down - in fact Oxford finished 6th!

And completely destroyed it! Can’t compare the two at all imo.

You decide where the ultimate responsibility lies

Wael changed the entire club DNA and Garner was on peanuts and told to develop young players, to sell on. You decide where the ultimate responsibility lies Taking over a side sitting 3rd in December, he should’ve got us into the play offs via PPG with ease. It was a total collapse.
