AWAY Tickets for the Plymouth Argyle trip to the Memorial Stadium to play us on Saturday 22nd October are already sold out.
They were available from 9.30am on Wednesday morning.
The entire online ticket allocation was assigned to online baskets within one minute of becoming available.
The remaining tickets being sold in person and on the phone sold out not long after.
This demand from supporters will mean some regular Away-following supporters are probably going to miss out.
If you have friends and relatives from the Plymouth vicinity they may be in contact soon.
Bristol Rovers supporters will find this match is a genuine sell-out.
Obtaining your ticket early seems a wise option.
The atmosphere for this fixture is highly likely to be one of the best of the season.

Got mine for me and boy, on the west terrace again
Enjoyed the view from there, if not the game, against Shrews.
Think we are a different beast now, have goals in us and defenders who with time together are showing promise
Promises to be a noisy and tasty encounter
Let’s turn up the noise and cheer the boys on, I’ve a good feeling we will get something at Cheltenham setting this one up lovely

Actually surprised the police have left this as a 3pm kick off, hopefully won't be any trouble but potentially it's on the cards unless the Gloucester roads swamped with police etc.

For the record.
Last decade.
Bristol Rovers have WON 4 and DRAWN 3 of the fixtures at The MEM against Argyle.
Scored 11 goals and conceded just 5 in those 7 matches.
Here's hoping history repeats itself on the 22nd October.

We will really need to be on our game for their visit then. Potentially we could be on a 6 game unbeaten run and full if confidence when we play them Would love to knock them off their perch

Just googled why they are called the pilgrims…
The club takes its nickname, "The Pilgrims", from an English religious group that left Plymouth for the New World in 1620. The club crest features the Mayflower, the ship that carried the pilgrims to Massachusetts. The

Gonna be a tough ask, they is going very well, goals from all over the place and a really tight defence, should hopefully be a good atmosphere.
Best we can hope is a draw at the moment, anything over is a reet bonus

Saw them at Forest Green who they played off the park after a tentative opening 20mins, very lively, quick, inventive front players. They do take a big away following as was the case here, not all that vocal at FG but that was probably because there was no passion or banter coming from home fans to bounce off, all well behaved and no trouble but once again that was probably due to lack of passion from the home fans, it takes two to tango! unfortunately i am sure one or two Gas eds will be happy to oblige!

Plymouth Argyle have already sold over 2,400 tickets for their AWAY fixture at MK Dons on Sat. 15th October.
They are anticipating taking 2,800 fans to the match.
This suggests that a very large number of fans, several thousand perhaps, would have wanted to come to The Mem on Sat. 22nd October if we had the required capacity.
Hopefully, our ticket system is successfully preventing massive numbers of Pilgrims from buying tickets in the HOME sections.
Any hidden economy dealers on this forum?

It looks like Argyle tickets are temporarily off sale. @1630 on 13/10/2022.
When they go live again you will need a BRFC booking history to buy these tickets.
Is that your Argyle friend on the phone?

I usually head straight off down Filton Ave and home after games so don’t get to see what’s happening on Glos Road.

Encountered a few on the East Terrace in seasons gone by, games under DC. Will do well to not make themselves known for this one, have a feeling it’s going to be a very decent match.

The club crest features the Mayflower, the ship that carried the pilgrims to Massachusetts. The Well, as we are evoking Chaucer, let’s hope that we beat them at a canter, which derives from the “Canterbury Gallop”, a more relaxed speed (3rd gear) that pilgrims rode their horses to Canterbury to visit the shrine of Thomas a Becket.

It's muff there's always a few that will be up for a rumble can't see the point in changing the kick off time. If trouble is going to start it won't make a difference what time the kick off is.

Looking ahead to THE BIG MATCH
Which of these Plymouth Argyle players have scored five goals this season?
Finn Azaz
Morgan Whittaker
Ryan Hardie
Sam Cosgrove
Niall Ennis
The answer explains why The Pilgrims are league-leaders and a daunting prospect next weekend.
The answer is contained in the Anagram "HALF MOTEL".
