I’ve lived in Sheffield for 14 years. My advice would be to park somewhere central and get the tram. Parking at Hillsborough is tricky. I would probably book in to a city centre hotel personally.

Plenty of options, tram and rail network is brilliant around Sheffield.
Good chippy right next to Hillsborough tram stop.
Loads of budget hotels in and around the city and surrounding towns

Can you buy tickets on the day? I was considering travelling up for the game, I’ve looked on-line and can’t seem to find any info.

Anyone driving, looks like there are park and rides at Malin Bridge and Middlewood which are open 24-7 and you can get the tram from either to Hillsborough, Malin Bridge is the most southerly of the two and is only a couple of stops from Hillsborough. Looks like a great option if you're driving. Looks like the trams on both lines run til around midnight.
Sorry if this has already been posted.

If you get the tram you need the Leppings Lane tram stop on the Yellow Line it is a minute or so walk to the away end from there.

Thanks buddy, I'm coming from the north so was going to park at Middlewood which looks like it's on the yellow line 👍
