I guess nobody from this forum attended? Apparently it was a sell out, but in true Gorringe fashion there was plenty of room and no one was allowed to sit in the front row, oh and the stewards wrestled anyone who looked to be enjoying themselves in the slightest to the floor.

I guess nobody from this forum attended? I was there! Really not much in the way of news. JB is very positive about our prospects but obviously gave nothing away about who he may release or sign in January. TG is well aware that we need ground improvements and the message is that the club will do all they can in this regard. That's about it! Thanks for the update.

Lol, now the conspiracy theories about badges have had to stop, its time for endless nonsense about Tom trying to get the capacity down as low as possible for some nefarious reason.

Yes, and we all know hunt rhymes with. 👀

Any hints at all of the usual statements giving nothing away?

We’re cutting the ground capacity for the comfort of our fans 😂

Just spoke to Chippenham Gas, he’s convinced Tom Gorringe is squeezing all fans in North and South stands and the West/East Terraces are being sold for housing.

The word from Wiltshire is that Wael has only received 50% of his £15m asking price hence the piecemeal sell off.

"The club will do all they can" that's a ridiculous thing to say, when they've done virtually nothing since Wael took over, even the Family Stand they built has been subsequently taken down!

I hope they put in extra strong foundations with the micro quakes of Shrewsbury falling over for fracks sake!

Well they did put it up without planning permission. Perhaps the planners felt some sympathy when they granted retrospective permission.

I’ve taken my nephews in there and the old family terrace over the last 3 years. Believe you me they had a much better time in the family stand than in the north west terrace as it now is. Shocking experience for a kid. They couldn’t see sh**e.

Standing in the East Terrace last week with my eight year old I had a empty section of bar infront of me with a coat over it, I asked if my son could stand there to be told no, the guy who told me this spent the whole game on his phone ranting on about Premier league goals going in, barely looked up from his phone, then decided to stand directly infront my son in the second half, now I know people are addicted to their phones but there is a game going on infront of you. Also in the past, I’ve stepped aside for a child many times, it’s very difficult for them to get a good view with the current set up on the terraces sadly.
