We are so lucky to have Joey as our Manager, backed him from day one; never agreed with the barrack room solicitors; imo we will definitely miss Joey when he leaves us for a bigger club. His passion and understanding of the game has no bounds.

This has to be one of Joeys best interviews yet, I like his honesty especially in regards to his behaviour also some interesting points regarding referee standards and how to improve them. He may not be everyones cup of tea but he wins my approval my only worry with him, is his ability to control his emotions/temper and not lash out in both his professional life and personal life.

No change, WAQ has brought stability to the club, he believed in Joey when many on here were clutching at their pearls in horror. WAQ has got bottle, and does not over promise, from day one it has been "evolution not revolution", I really like the WAQster, I hope that clears that matter up.

That’s definitely not the views you put on here Pete….

The fall and rise of JAB and his management team that keeps evolving (including all the departures on his arrival) would make a great docu or drama.
Especially culminating in the 7-0 win back in May.
If he manages to guide us up another division, in the courtesy of time, there's gonna be a template forged for further success.
We take managerial stability for granted, but it wasn't too long ago where we struggled to win away for a year, players were playing in weird positions, goalkeepers were erratic and strikers weren't striking! JAB and above must take credit for recent form and they way we've achieved it, also with a manager that comes across as hungry for more.

If he was to guide us to promotion, even his biggest detractors would have to concede he’d deserve legendary status . I was quite ambivalent when he first came here but supported him but after relegation and the poor start the following season I thought he should go . Glad Wael held firm when many fans were calling for his head.
