How long a contract did the club give him?
Anyone else think he’ll make another 100 games with us?
For me he’s destined for bigger things eventually, it was always going to depend on him keeping out of trouble for long enough for a bigger club to take him on
He’s got us playing amongst the best football I’ve seen in my 35 years of following the gas
His eye for a player has been pretty good overall and you can’t deny the players play for the shirt
Big credit to Wael for sticking with him when me and many others were calling for his head start of last season

Gets my vote every time.He was so humble when we waited for the Team coach at Exeter and spoke to us.Still learning of -course- but delighted he is still here.What do you know about any Ground plans Joey B?
A bigger contrast to BG I cannot imagine.Made some great signings and the players seem to like him(other than the young Fulham loanee) so let's keep it going and another win Sat will put us right up there.
Charlton and Wycombe away not easy but believe we can do it.
Looks well and happy.No court cases pending so hope even the few doubters left will overcome their fears and back him.

A really good listen that. His comments around ‘kicking every ball’ goes some way to explaining why some times he behaves like he does - he bloody cares!
He’s obviously an intelligent bloke but clearly has a red mist issues….but it’s good that he acknowledges those and is working on doing something about it. Best of luck to him and I for one am glad he’s here!!

Thoroughly enjoyed that. He's a dream for interviewers, they ask a question and away he goes for several minutes before they ask another!
A very inspirational character that has improved himself as a person through sheer hard work. Long may he continue to succeed at the Gas.

Probably the most prepared manager in the league in terms of his streetwise understanding, intelligence and the ability to motivate and work in-tandem with the squad.
Bullshit free and not one to hold back in his views which are very refreshing

Always enjoy listening to JB. His knowledge, his drive and his passion are second to none.
He really does care about this club and the fact he acknowledges his behaviour in the dug out and wants to approve again is credit to him.
It did make me chuckle when he referred to a ref in a different country lol
