So Rovers are on FM for home games? I didn't realise that. Most of us don’t as we are watching the game. Happy to prioritise my kids over Rovers 👍

Provided your car has an auxiliary power outlet you can pick up DAB & Bluetooth receivers from about £20.

Your prerogative to not upgrade. But don’t then complain that you can’t listen to the gas. They can only have one of us on at the time. It must have been that way for years but MW is the past and DAB is the future. Really don’t see how anything has changed? I've said above it is not about me not listening to the gas. It is about the gas being inaccessible to Joe public. Its a form of advertising itself. It’s perfectly accessible. So long as you have access to a modern radio.

Radio Bristol are an absolute joke, I have repeatedly complained about the faulty volume button on my Wireless. Not once did they reply…..fkin disgrace. While I’m at it Starness out….fkin useless. Rant over.

Missing the point. If you've got 94.9fm anyone can easily tune in to City. For Rovers unless you've got DAb then Unlucky. Who doesn’t have DAB these days ? I don't have DAB in the car.

So to summarise, commentary is on Radio Bristol but the op can’t find it/doesn’t listen to announcement of channels, but still complains
Oh well…

So to summarise, commentary is on Radio Bristol but the op can’t find it/doesn’t listen to announcement of channels, but still complains Oh well… No, you're summary is wrong so confusing things further. Home games are on Radio Bristol (normal radio 94.9FM etc) Away games are not on Radio Bristol (normal radio) but you can access them on Radio Bristol if you have a DAB radio. All of the above is in contrast to where away games used to be on Radio Bristol (normal Radio 94.9fm etc) but apparently now are not which is why the thread was started in the first place. I never listen to home games on the radio so unaware these are now on normal radio (94.9fm etc). My worry was they were playing all City games on normal FM radio, if they are not as now explained to me in this thread then all is good and I have now established how they are doing the home and away games on the radio as a casual listener. No complaints, no drama.
