Just trying to lighten the theme of some of the threads.
Walking around Lincoln central post match in plain clothes, loads of civilians milling around, 2 fellas carrying boxes of Thatchers and San Miguel approached and asked if I knew where a hotel was?
No mate, I'm from Bristol!
So are we!... UptheGas!
..... out of everyone walking around, they approached me!? ... perhaps because I look just as sad.
There must be more coincidence out there, perhaps away from matchday?

Literally bumped into one in Singapore in the 90s. Playing against each other for two different ex-pat teams we clashed heads going for a high one. I went off gushing blood. He came to see me at half time to see if I was OK and astonishingly he must have been the only other gashed in Singapore. He was on here as Singapore Gas for a while

Bumped into two Gasheads April last year in Mexico.
I went to the resorts sports bar hoping the catch Rovers Vs Rochale game but couldnt get Ifollow to work on my phone, looked up and in the far corner I seen two rovers tops watching an Ipad so made my way over to check if they had it on.
Cut a long story short I think every one in that bar must of thought we were mental when Collins got that 95th minute winner!

Few visit the Charity shop where we volunteer in Sidmouth and my attire makes it clear who I support.Sadly a lot of Bristolians support another Bristol team and give me some stick over our recent form and especially the state of our Ground.
Always good natured though and the comments in the visitors book are epic.

I was wearing a Rovers top in a port when on a Fjords cruise. Whilst climbing steps to get to the top of a hill above town, a guy took a photo of me and said he was gas and wanted to send a picture to his mate of a fellow gas.
Have bumped into quite a few sheeds whilst on holidays....

I've had the misfortune of this too!
Paid top dollar at the Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas for fountaine view room only to look down my balcony to see a Bristol city towel a few floors below drying off on the balcony rails!!
Still regard that as my favourite holiday destination not even a s***head could ruin it.

I live in a small village about 7 miles from Cardiff & about 6 Miles from Newport, there are actually 5 other gasheads that live in the same village.
6 if you include Tom Gorringe. 😁

Stayed in the Observatory on the very isolated island of Fair Isle a few years back. Out of the 15 people staying there three were Gasheads
