The caps for the current squad are now available for sponsorship.
Surely the forum must sponsor Nicks cap?
Mods can you add links, thanks

That's a great suggestion - I'd be up for it.

If we haven’t got the funds in The Fans Forum Sponsor Club to do this, I’m sure we could raise them in a matter of days.
Please put up the details and we can get this sorted asap if everyone agrees of course. 👍🏼

Apologies, I have been informed the donations for Nicks cap has already been raised.
This was in the form of SC fundraising events earlier in the season, such as the bucket collections, so that the monies raised were from "all" Rovers supporters.
I have just checked the last match day programme and there are no listed sponsors for his shirt. Perhaps this could be an alternative? (Don't quote me on that, as I am not sure if this has been done as some FC related fundraising on Twitter that I might have missed, but if not, maybe it is something that can be looked at?)

The SC are giving caps to all players who have played in the league (post 1920, I think) Marcus Stewart was given his on the pitch at a recent game. I am a bit of a Luddite so don't know how to add links on here, but the articles on the SC website explains it. At the last Former Players dinner quite a few ex players received their caps and children and relatives of former players have bought caps in memory of those players. It seems to have gone really well.

Thanks for adding links. I see Mr Barry Hayles is a guest on Tuesday and his cap will be presented that evening. See the SC website for the chance to sponsor his cap. His performance in the game v Bournemouth when we had 9 players and he played attacking left back was truly outstanding.

If Craig Stanley is called a legend, what would Barry Hayles be called?
I know one Rovers fan who used to drink in the Vic, was very prejudiced, but I am very glad to say Barry, Jason Roberts, Wally Walters and Nathan Ellington changed his views.
