The Bristol Rovers History Group (BRHG) is hosting its Annual History Day this Friday before the Charlton match. Come along to the Thatchers Bar any time from 1 pm where we will be displaying memorabilia such as medals, programmes, old photos etc with a particular feature on the sensational 5-5 draw with Charlton in 1978. Paul Randall scored a hat trick in that game and he will be our special guest on the day so here's a chance to meet a Rovers legend! Just for information, the Group meets bi-monthly to share research and analysis and to discuss future events. BRHG members have written and produced biographies of Rovers’ greats such as Geoff Bradford, Harry Bamford, Alfie Biggs and Harold Jarman as well as the club’s history season by season. The group has members living as far afield as Australia and Canada. Finally, we have a website bristolroversmemorabilia.weebly.com/ where you will find players' photos and statistics, a year by year page of photos of programmes dating back to the beginning of the 20thcentury and much, much more.

Bumped on case if falls off the page.
Good to see Punky again.
Would be entertaining to see another high scoring draw today.
Under Atkins didn't we draw a 4-4 v Mansfield at the Mem? If I remember correctly the rumour was that with a minute to go Junior Agogo took the ball and time wasted near the corner flag cos he lost count and thought we were winning!
