... we finish 3rd, lose in the semi finals of the playoffs.
Do you keep DC on for next year?

No, he would have failed, I'd accept defeat at Wembley as we would have given it a good shot. As to get so close and then not even reach the final after good backing from the BoD is simply not good enough, I'm not sure I could face another season of Conference football under the same manager.

The playoffs are a gamble. Everyone knows that. If we lost at any stage you'd be mental to kick DC out after what he's built. The question is mad imo that's what got us into this problem on the first place always changing managers every five minutes do we ever learn

Yes.
If we finish in the top 5 this season then I'd give him another shot next season no matter what happened.

Most definitely. Although I'd find it desperately hard to take another year in the Conference, especially with the sh!t certain to be playing in the Championship, Clarke is our best manager for a v.long time imo, and the one that fills me with the most confidence that we are actually making progress, than any other for a very long time!
If (and hopefully when) we are promoted at the end of this season, I hope that Cheltenham stay in League Two with Buckle as manager, so that we can play them and give him the kind of reception that shows him we haven't forgotten what he (and McGhee) did to our club. The amount of players signed on long contracts only to be absolutely sh!t/get injured and barely do a thing for their money - we got MUGGED OFF - BIG TIME!
I'll be standing behind the away dugout for that game, whenever it comes along!!

I'd give him 3 full seasons at least and assess him then regardless of what happens (within reason) between now and then.

Yes, good to have a manager that keeps the fans in the loop and in his thoughts... As one of the twelfth men I feel as onside as the rest of the squad - not many managers have done that.

Definite YES from me, I want to see some continuity as I believe that will enable us to progress upwards in the League as well.
