What's the extent to his knee injury then? I hear people saying 3 weeks and according to DC believes it's the best scenario, is this true?

DC said that himself, unless he's lying I assume it's true??

Just a hunch: he'll be about as influential in the squad/frequently injured as Balanta.

If he has a hunch it should have been picked at the medical. Is this the same medical process that okay'd Garry Kenneth? No it's the one we do now which is much more thorough and has so far been pretty damn reliable.

Just a hunch: he'll be about as influential in the squad/frequently injured as Balanta. Easter, unlike Balanta or Kenneth was reasonably match fit when we signed him so, hopefully, he shouldn't take long to recover his fitness.

The same medical set up that recommended not signing Turley, so he went to money bags Eastleigh. Hardly played for them since!

The challenge that caused his injury happened right in front of me, it was just one of those unfortunate ones that could happen to anyone and in no way reflects poor fitness, a 50/50 challenge can easily take out any player, so I'm sure he'll be back in a few weeks and he'll play a big part in our last 10 games, which are the all important ones

As I say, we'll have to see. Personally I think an ageing player who only occasionally appeared in League One for the last few years will find it very difficult to be the talisman we're hyping him up to be in a much more physical league with poorer playing surfaces. For me his signing harkens back to the old Rovers, the one that thought Gary Kenneth was a good idea and totally against DC's otherwise excellent signing policy. Honestly doubt he'll feature much for us. Just my opinion.

And just the sort of "hunch" to make when a player has been injured!!! It was an incident that could have occurred whether Easter was 22 or 32 and to make ridiculous statements like this is exactly that-ridiculous.

Thought it during the mini-saga and expressed it on here but I'm big and ugly enough not to care whether you value my opinion.
