You get your sodding exam results once they've been marked at the end. So far so good, but let's see how the season ends to get a true measure of our man. We all know how quickly some managers lose the plot, so lets keep everyone on their bloody toes shall we.
If we lose the next four games half of our fanbase would be calling for his bleedin head, after a few wins in a row half are calling for a new contract. Let's act a little more thoughtfully, carefully and when the full results are in. We need to know what he's like underachieving, mid-table and as we currently are - table topping. Let's see how he handles all scenarios before we make rash judgements like your average fickle fan. I'd like to think we're a little bloody better than that.
As you were Darrell, keep up the good work young man, the rewards will follow - for all of us.

Only a few weeks ago people were doubting. Oh and don't pull me up on a technicality in future there's a good lad. Move along.

If we take all the phones off the hook and turn off the lights at The Mem then The Conference won't be able to give DC the Manager of the Month award....

If we finish second and get knocked out the playoffs, even then we should give the man another bash. I don't care what anyone says, he has transformed this squad, he's brought out the best in some players and sacked off (SACKED not sucked) the wasters. We have strength in depth which in my opinion seems to be the winning formula. Granted not all his signings have been prolific but no manager is perfect. We're top of the league with excellent form even though we're not scoring many. Give the man a contract I say.

Contract talks should come at the end of his current contract. If promotion is achieved before that then negotiations could begin earlier. I am not aware that DC is unsettled at this time.

lol iit's true though, people would have a go at the club if we lost Clarke. I too would certainly want him to stay on even if we don't go up, compared to other managers over recent years, I absolutely love what he's doing!!
