If and when we get out of this God forsaken league I hope and pray that the team, fans and board make the pledge:
Never again will we allow ourselves to slip this far Never again will we sign players because they like the size of the paycheque Never again will we allow ourselves to be duped by agents touting below average players as saviours Never again will the board take the fans for granted Never again will we take our league status for granted Never again will the team turn up and simply expect to beat a bunch of part timers, or clubs with pitiful league attendances. Never again will the team give less than heart and soul for this club Never again will we, as fans, slag off a signing before he's even played a game Never again will the board or manager allow whatever malaise that took over the players last year and before, to rise again
add your own........

Never again will we hire a manager who's clearly past it based on his history with us and watch for nearly two season him set us up for 0-0 draws again and again.

Never again will we presume we can get out of a league and make pledges depending on getting out of the league before we get out of the league.

When new owners take over I think the OP could be a good basis for a pact between the owners and fans.
The owners saying what fans want to hear, with no idea of how it is to be achieved, has proven to be a disaster.
Equally, fans have been goaded into believing Rovers have an automatic right to get what we want, and have become unrealistic about how difficult it is to put together a squad of players capable of taking us forward, so we have tended to panic rather than show patience.
The "hit and hope" approach has failed but when a new structured approach is introduced it must be both understood and embraced by all sections of the club.

Never again will I think Rovers have been promoted before they actually are, like I did in 1999-2000.

Never again will we presume we can get out of a league and make pledges depending on getting out of the league before we get out of the league. yes, but using the analogy of 'if you give an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters they will eventualy write the works of Shakespeare', we will get out of this league at some point in our history. [if you take an infinite number of players and an infinite number of managers and an infinite number of seasons, BRFC will eventually get out of this lge] It may not be the right way, but we will.

Never again will I have a cheeky poo tug in box one at the half time interval. Even though I firmly believe that was our reason for winning that day and the reason why Nick Higgs had a face like a melted Welly after the game, concidering the good result.
