I really do not understand why as a club we don't ask the home team for a decent amount of tickets the game against Macclesfield might be on T V but we surely would take at least 1000 their capacity is around 6000 and they normally get 1500 so why not put plans in place to house the travelling Gasheads they have seating for about 2700 !

We'll get more once the first allocation sell... What's the problem?

Not sure wether this has been mentioned yet, but there maybe some doubt over the Halifax game due to the state of their pitch. Oldham has been mentioned on their forum as an alternative.

We'll get more once the first allocation sell... What's the problem? Two Problems: 1. Woking's the problem - Sell the full away allocation and have away fans locked out of the ground when there is demonstrably acres of free space within the stadium. 2. Why not make a more realistic estimate of potential away support from day 1 so that everyone, priority group or not priority group can make plans for travel, accommodation, etc. Actually 1 has nothing to do with your point, but 2 does.

Plenty of doubt about this fixture and other Halifax home fixtures by the look of things. There is talk of having to switch fixtures to Oldham (although only rumour at this point) and a potential 2 point deduction if they have to do so. You just can't play football and rugby on the same pitch anymore ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Was just a little note so that those who buy train tickets in advance keep an ear out. Pretty sure Oldham is not a walk from Halifax!!

Thanks curlywurly You summed it up well fans need to prepare for an away trip Also not everyone are season ticket holders Also in my case Iam but my daughters are not ! Surely if the capacity is 6000 and their top gate this season is under 2000 they could accommodate nearly 4000 so why all ticket If it's about segregation even more reason to allocate an area now that can accommodate at least 1500

You just need to spend money on the pitch, although you do have to have some sympathy for Halifax as it seems it was the councils decision to allow ground sharing not there's.

If come the end of Priority groups window, the initial allocation is sold out, would we ask for more to put on general sale??
