Blisset - was he injured on Saturday? It seems like like lunacy to drop him from the squad given that pitch. I do worry that DC has his favourites, and he won't drop them no matter what and will produce a shape to include them. One of those players is Monkhouse.
Taylor - another one of the favourites, time for him to have a rest. If you are going to promote 'play well and you're in the team and badly and you're out', he needs to be dropped and work hard to get his shirt back. It's not through any lack of effort, sometimes you could just do with some time out.
Ellis - hard one because he scores all of his goals when he comes on as a sub, but flatters to deceive when starting.
Ollie Clarke - what does he contribute exactly? Another favourite. 5-3-2 bemused me on Saturday and I do feel like the first half weakness was DC's own making. A couple of years ago under Ward, Ollie looked good. Now his passing is sideways at best, and he doesn't even do the defensive side particularly well.
Lines - You could tell his class is above Conference level. Composure on the ball, defense splitting passes. People expected him to play further forward, but he took the ball from the defense and fed it forward effectively. A massive cog, and given the service he will provide, rather than the attacking drive himself, we NEED to get some creativity out wide. That means Dawson starting at the very least. If DC fancies having a crack for the whole 90 minutes and not just the second half, then Balanta as well.
So often the back four will lump it forward, with the centre mids standing still or trotting off up the pitch rather than making space and looking to build the play. Lines can give us a different dimension in this respect. I do worry that Lockyer won't provide the passing ability to link the play.
We have quality in the squad, they need to be on the pitch. If you want to block up one side with Monky, fine, but put Dawson in the other side. The kid oozes skill, he skins defenders. Put him on the bloody pitch. In Dawson, Easter and Lines we have three creative players too good for this level. Make sure they all start Friday. Our problems has been scoring goals. Seems easily fixed with those players. We have the defense to sustain pressure, less of it there will be if we take the game to teams.

A win is imperitive Friday. Although, remembering Dartford, I could quite easily see us drawing (putting everyone in suicide mode) before winning the next 3 and going into our last 3 games on 84 points.
For now, best of luck to Halifax tomorrow. Before people worry Barnet will win every game, remember they have lost 5 from the last 10 and the bottom teams they have to play are scrapping for their lives. In saying that, they do seem to do better against the clubs at the bottom.
