Does anybody know why the club do not offer away tickets online?
Shop staff insist on using Stone Age techniques.
For someone like myself working away most of the week, I have to rely on others to q up to get a ticket! Mind boggling

Mind boggling how can they check you have the ST / membership etc that you may say you have, and even if they could check it how could they stop you using your voucher again somewhere? Phone is easy. they ask you to send in voucher.

A simple online system where you input season ticket / membership numbers which should also be used in the shop rather than being so third world. I really hope if we ever get the new stadium the old school paper books get replaced with a simple plastic card which gets scanned at the turnstiles.

Ticketless season tickets, shop outside ground etc.
I think you will find that most Championship 1 and 2 and non league clubs do not have plastic cards to scan at the turnstiles unless they have had a new ground built recently.

yes. And we'll use hoverscooters to get to the ground, eat vitamin pills instead of pasties, drink angel's tears, and play football in the sky

Don't know how you can buy these tickets over the phone, because there are no vouchers being used to get them.
They are stamping the back cover of the season ticket so it looks like those who live further afield either get them Saturday or don't get them in the first tranche which is sad really. Still! with 2600 available just about everyone will be accommodated hopefully

Yes guys no need to moan over something we plan to change with the new stadium but can't do anything about now and has been the what we have been doing for years.
I appreciate this method makes it difficult for some but where there is a will etc....
They are stamping the books not taking vouchers so for season ticket holders it means your book must make a trip to the Mem

Has anyone actually phoned the club?
I've always found them very accomodating with this sort of thing and if you are polite and reasonable the girls are willing to be as helpful as they can be.
I needed tickets to an away game a while back and although I had the vouchers I'd left it too late to do it by post. Someone at the club checked my ST numbers, I still posted the vouchers but they went on and sent me tickets in time to travel.
I'm sure if they can help, they will in exceptional cases. They are actually very nice and helpful and never seem to be jobsworths about these things.
