Havent posted for a bit as to be honest even getting out of bed is hell at the mo, My depressions has taken a massive nose dive
to the point of i really dont care if i wake up anymore, but i would like to thank every single person who helped wendy and i last year. as to be honest if it hadnt been for you lot i wouldnt be here today, really lost the will to do anything at xmas, as it was increadably hard to get through the day, and march n april are very hard months to get through, not only is it a difficult 2 months it also has a significance for me and wendy i a way not many could understand ,what jon the ffs and others did was absolutely wonderfull and we are forever in your debt, to be able to say goodbye to Anne-marie Irene in the quaters, with her coffin drapped in a rovers flag made it easier, they say it gets easier does it f**k. all ive done in the last year is cry a few times a day, everything is just so empty without her here, anyway im blubbering like a gert puff so will once again say thanks to everyone from the bottom of our hearts

From my experience, it is great that you feel able to post now. The fact that it is a message of thanks is very humbling. As I think was said last year, many of us on the forum felt privileged that you and Wendy allowed us to become part of your family.

Just being able to post on here again is a glimmer of hope. And believe me,it does get better. You are still in the very early days of bereavement so don't do yourself down. Everyone is different, there's no magic date by which you should be feeling better. Your gas family are all rooting for you.

Best wishes Inee lad i hope you improve slowly and manage to find some happiness. And please pass on our best wishes to Wendy, i know she is your tower of strength. A small ray of sunshine can be that our Matty Taylor who this season is sponsored "In Loving Memory of Ann-Marie Irene" could be the man who brings some happiness in a small way, and i'm sure if he scores a few between now and the end of the season that guide us to promotion try to look upon him as saying.... "that one's for you Ann-Marie"..little comfort i know, but little smiles can help a lot through depression. Stepping stones mate, stepping stones. Good luck Inee. Those we loved don't go away, they walk beside you everyday. Unseen, Unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.
