We only need to be above Wycombe on goal difference to stay in the league so I say Let's go all out to get some more goals in. I mean Jamie Lucas has just come back from a broken foot but he's a goal scorer if ever I saw one. Stick him on the bench and give him half an hour each game. Yep, stick an inexperienced 19 year old kid in at the deep end. Just what is needed t this stage of the season! You missed the end of last season then?

No, he came on then because our strike force was that sh** and we were that desperate in the last game. I`m glad you're not manager, that`s all I can say.

Hmm ... I'd previously given you some credit you've just proven you aren't deserving of - you actually are a belligerent idiot after all. Go back and read my posts again. Clue number 1 - are we in the same league as Wycombe? Clue number 2 - are we in the league? Clue number 3 - when did Jamie Lucas return from a broken foot? Clue number 4 - I've written two posts, what does the second one say?

There is no way we will close the goal difference gap now so quite simply we must win and I don't care if that's from a fluke own goal or from a bizarre inaccurate Puddy goal kick that hits Blissetts left testicle and rolls in. like this? But from a Dawson cross.

I can't understand the OP's thinking behind this post, as if it does come down to GD that'll mean we've matched Grimsby's results over the last 5 games, assuming at least one games is drawn, or lost, how does he think we're going to score an average of 2 goals more a game, particularly when scoring goals hasn't been easy all season?
I'd be more worried about us not winning every game than trying to win every game 3-0, as that's just not going to happen.

That is the worrying thing Toppergas as make no mistake with the players we have we SHOULD be beating some of these teams 3-0 or even more.

After last week's lacklustre attacking performance I'll just be glad to take two wins over Easter! Without a recognised prolific goalscoring were we ever realistically going to be regularly beating teams 3-0?
Although I do wonder why we took the foot of the Gas against Aldershot as it looked like we were going to run up a big score once we want 3-1 up but the only other game similar to that was Macclesfield at home.

Agree your sentiments on the two wins!! I, too thought we were on the way to a 5 or 6-1 win when we made it 3-1 against Aldershot. I should have known better!!

We need to sodding concentrate on one thing - Winning! To do that we will obviously need to bleedin score, but we aint gonna score a hatful. Whether you like it or not our dogged, determined style has got us to the bloody verge of going up first time. The best we can hope for is to get some lucky breaks that give us a few bleedin bonus goals along the way. Points make sodding prizes and i don't give a gnats ass how we get them. As for going for it 100 mph attack, attack, attack......got more chance of Brady getting her tits out in one of my briefings. Were you saying this on the first day of the season ? Because that's what we have had to put up with for most of the season. When will we as Rovers supporters and THE CLUB raise our expectations and when we are 1 up against a team who can't even get the ball anywhere near our goal EXPECT and DEMAND that we carry on taking the game to the opposition and go out to win by 2 or 3 or 4 goals. Even if they don't manage it - don't we want to see the players TRY and SCORE more goals ?? Mark, Mark, Mark, i like reading your posts i actually have you down as a possible future protege of myself. Of course i want us to bleedin go for it from the start of the season especially against what can only be described as the worst collection of footballing sides ive ever bleedin seen. This club needs an ethos, a strategy and a forward plan, sadly that aint sodding happening anytime soon. Do i like it - no i bloody don't. But like it or not Darrel bleedin two L's has got us to the brink of promotion playing dull yet determined football. Should we have started in bleedin August on the front foot - Yes. Could we have gone more adventurous in December - Yes, but we didn't and we have got where we are playing this way. The only thing left is to see it bleedin through because to try to change dramatically now could see us bugger it right up, and it may have escaped your notice but we've become quite experienced at ballsing it all up in the last god knows how many seasons. So what i'm saying is, these tactics etc sodding got us to the top, we've got to now stick at what we're bleedin good at and how the lads have been trained to play to do one thing - Get out of this god forsaken crap hole at the first time of asking. Long term, things need changing both on the soddin field and off it that's a certainty, anyone who doesn't realise that is one tit short of an udder. But it aint appening this season. I thank you for your respectful reply and hope we win todays game and i couldn't give a monkeys whether its a rebound of a fullbacks ass as long as we win. Enjoy the game everyone. Now sod off the lot of you.

If you offered me five 1-0 wins now I'd take it.
