This week 3 am, normally 4 am, next week 2 am.
4am is ok as I am getting up an hour and half earlier than a normal work day.(apart from losing a sleep in)
2 am screws me over, as I am trapped in a swirling vortex of "stay up, or get up" throw in a box of p1ss on Saturday night and I am not sure if I need a sh1t or a hair cut.

9pm it will be here in koh phangan, I am going to the full moon party for the first time in about 6 years so wont be listening to the gas...
