If Barnet will at Kiddy on saturday, the title is thiers. Saturday was the last chance for us, but unfortunatley, Halifax werent up to the job! It been a hell of a season, but too many away draws have proved to be our downfall. Now we have the dreaded play-offs. Right, that's a sodding nough! I'm all for everyone expressing a bleedin opinion, in fact i sodding encourage it. But what i won't bloody have is people saying it's over like its a bleedin fact, cause it bleedin well aint - FACT! It's about time some of you stopped being bleedin afraid of what might go sodding wrong and started being a little more positive about what might go sodding right.

I feel a Sergio Leonel "Kun" Agüero Del Castillo moment coming on...

55% of us think that we will not be champions. Why so fearful about a future that hasn't been decided yet? We are playing the best football we have in years. The momentum is with us. There is no reason not to think that Barnet can drop 2 pts sometime soon. We are back and looking down the table, within touching distance of the top. This time we can make it. We have never been this close to success. Think the best, think positively and sometimes what you wish for happens. I am looking round the champions bus and I can see all the players motivated, optimistic and positive. It's fun on this bus. I look over at the other bus, no players on board just a quite a few people thinking the worst for no reason. They don't seem as happy as fans on the champions bus. If there is a time to be ground breaking - it is right now!

I have no doubts about us getting all 6 points but I just really can't see Barnet slipping up now.
If they do win their last 2 games then hats off, as the pressures been on them for weeks.

I've had Nick and Karen read your all your posts with extreme interest, they have gone through them with a fine tooth comb. Whereas others are up and down like a sodding toilet seat you my friend are positive every time, i realise you take a few knocks along the way too and my words to you for what its sodding worth are these ....Stay strong, you never know who you're inspiring. I bleedin like your attitude young man. Bloody brilliant. And if at seven o'clock a week Saturday our dream has been realised if i was our chairman i'd say two more bloody words to you - "You're Hired!"

I bleedin like your attitude young man. Bloody brilliant. And if at seven o'clock a week Saturday our dream has been realised if i was our chairman i'd say two more bloody words to you - "You're Hired!" The problem, Lord S, is that Mr RH leads the team that focusses far too much on public transport - to the detriment of all else. After all, last series season he was so concerned with looking up the road and at getting a bigger bus that he failed to notice, until the last 70 minutes or so, that the wheels had come off and the bloody bus was up on bricks! A bit like a certain Mr TW. in the Higgs team. This time we need to look positively and practically at what we face. Your old friend Margaret M would approve I'm sure of ensuring ALL options are considered and contingencies in place for all eventualities. The most likely event that the team needs to plan for is achieving our aims through the longer route, but of course hoping that they are achieved within two tasks rather than the potential five.
IF we do make it in two Saturday's time then I will jump on any bus that comes along, but in the meantime I for one will not be counting any chickens, or assuming arrogantly the best, or doing anything that might jeopardise the hoped for final outcome.
