um.
the north end is our bit, so yes, that sold out.
I don't think their very impressive website has crashed. They took them off sale as it was probably getting out of hand. Remember everyone ordering online has to pick them up anyway, so they were creating a lot of admin and possible match queues for themselves.

I also know quite a few who've bought tickets for the home end, even heard a group of people bought a box for the night! I think we're looking at around 500 Gas in the home areas. Can't see the problem either, if anything kicks off then they can't really complain, giving a club down the road only 700 tickets for a big game like this was never going to be a good idea!

Depends how many make the trip to Nailsworth over the next day or two - especially those who missed out today at the Mem. I always think there's a bit of hyperbole involved with these 'away fans in the home end' figures, but with only 825 tickets and the huge demand today I wouldn't be surprised if a good 400/500 at least tried it on Weds.

I know what you mean, sometimes you read that loads of people buy home end tickets, get into the ground and they're no where to be seen! But on this occasion I have a feeling it'll become very obvious that Gasheads are present in home areas.
I just hope there's no trouble. It's not like we're huge rivals, we have virtually no history together. But I understand its a big game for both of us.

i'm not sure what you 2 are arguing about.
just to be clear, my point was that the OP was a bit inaccurate as the North Stand was sold out in minutes, tickets have been o general sale since 12 noon today, and FGR have a very impressive set-up rather than a crashing website.

It's not like we're huge rivals, we have virtually no history together. But I understand its a big game for both of us. FGR need to sort out how they manage it, that's all. Might be problematic in the seating areas, but in the terraces areas they need to implement segregation and just invite BRFC fans to join that area, rather than probably cause a fuss in the home area. They know there will be BRFC fans in the home ends judging by their earlier statement, so they need to come up with a plan. Absolute min of 2000 Gasheads Forest Green did not even sell out half their ground on Saturday !! I think you're being optimistic there, would love it but can't see it. What I do think is true, is that FGR would not have sold 4.3k home tickets on their own.

that was on their website ages ago [in the scheme of things...] lots of gas have been there in person, paid the dosh and got tkts in their grubby hands. there is genuinely no doubt a LOT of gas will be there.

Come on Gas, 3 more wins and we are there.

They also seem to think that because we scored 7 against Alfreton, then we won't score many in our next game.
