Not sure if any hawkers will appear for the 2nd leg, but no doubt if we make it, then Broadmead and Kingswood will see street vendors selling Rovers merchandise.
I am not sure about copyright laws, but I believe if any flags/scarfs/t shirt etc use the Pirate badge then this is copyright and also if they state the date of the final. If so I belive fans have a right to confiscate these items and pass them to the club due to copyright law.
If they use the word Pirate or blues, Rovers or quarters than there is no much we can do about it, but not one penny will go to the club so we must try and make life as difficult for the sellers as possible. I would ask to see their street selling license and ask if they have a letter from the club giving permission from the club to use the clubs name. If not threaten to call the police or trading authories. (or accidentially spill blackcurrent juice over the lot of their stuff so they can't sell it!)
Some may say well I saved £2 on a scarf rather than buy it form the club, but remember, the total monies that go to third parties like agents , hawkers etc could have gone on Darrell's first choice transfer target next season, rather than having to go to the third or fouth choice ad that might make a big difference.
If you get any Rovers merchandise, get it from the Mem or 199.

Not sure you should be encouraging people to confiscate merchandise. If someone confronted them on your word and got hurt...
Its a legal matter for the policy enforcement (police) to deal with.
Totally agree in principal though.

Depends if the club get their act together to get any official merchandise out. IF we get to Wembley will they be bringing anything out or will it just be like Cardiff and Wembley last time to get anything for memories off the sellers down Wembley Way.

There's already one outside the Memorial Gate. Yep just seen some bloke selling stuff outside the ground. Does anyone remember the infamous 'Wembly' t-shirts of the Twerton days ?

On topic, sort of - replica home shirts have been 'SOLD OUT' all sizes on brfcdirect for weeks. You'd think that the club would get some more printed for Wembley, but this being Rovers...
I live away from Bristol but want a new shirt for Wembley. Do any other sports shops in Bristol sell Rovers shirts does anyone know?
