First of all what a cracking result and a performance that was in complete control from minute one!
I am currently stationed in Austraila and I am seriously considering flying back for the game on the 17th May.
I was at Wembley in 1990, again in 1995 vs Huddersfield, at the Millennium in 2007 and Wembley the same year for the Shrewsbury Town game - so all in all I have never missed a big final for the Gas.
I just wanted to know if there are any other Gas overseas that will be travelling back for the final, and if so from where?
Also, I wonder if the club will be interested to here where some fans will be traveling from for the game......UTG

I flew from Australia for the Huddersfield game.
There's no way i can afford it this season. Actually I don't even have a passport at the moment.
If anyone is going back contact the club, radio Bristol and the Post.

Booking my flights from Qatar later today.
Will fly home on the Friday morning then return on the Monday morning so will just have to take the Sunday and Monday off work.

Two more from Sheffield - 8.20 train from Doncaster - engineering work means journey from Sheffield by train is a nightmare. Only problem from Doncaster is it will be full of Grimsby fans probably!!! - any venues for pre-game drinks???

I mentiond on another thread that the Green Man near the stadium is a good pub, but they normally allocated it to one team so will have to wait and see who they allocate it too! |

I have enough points from cards/memberships etc to get a free flight but I have to wait for my American Express points to transfer to my Qatar Airways account! They told me it would take up to 7 working days so I just have to wait! Going to be a last minute booking but will be there! |
