Ok I will be sorting all the tickets out for a minibus load, where do you recommend a good place to go in the ground is and what would the price be. In the past I have always let somebody else sort it out but now it's my turn. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Atmosphere behind the goal, view on the side.... tough decision.
Wasn't interested in Club Wembley (middle tier) before as not many fans around you, but that should sell out this time so I'm going for that

I'm going for the best view as I always have done watching football, I need to be able to see exactly what's going on at all times haha

I'm trying for block 133 (the singing block). Failing that 131 and 132 have always been good for views at England games. This weblink allows you to click on a block at Wembley stadium and get a good idea of what the view is like. Just copy and paste it into your browser. www.wembleystadium.com/TheStadium/ViewFromYourSeat.aspx

How much choice do have with block/seats when you phone??? - or you are just allocated e.g. Level1 Category 2 and then tickets are distributed as blocks fill?

It would seem daft to allocate a designated singing block, and another as a family block, if you didn't get an option to choose to go in there. Random allocation of seats could mean that the singing section is filled with people who are very quiet.

That's a fair point. Maybe they had Barnet in mind when they came up with the idea. Didn't Barnet section off part of their ground as a singing section for the last couple of games in an attempt to create some atmosphere among the 1500?

Problem is there's going to be 15-20,000 there potentially who don't go regularly. I'd much rather be in an area that I know Gasheads who want to sing etc than surrounded by people who've just gone for a day out and have bought their kids those god awful horns.

I actually think its a good idea considering the size of the stadium, lots of regular singers would normally be spread out. Some behind the goals, along the sides, up in the gods. Last time I can only remember what seamed like 307 renditions of Irene and no other songs. By at least getting a lot of people in one block, a few more songs can be sung, by more people (who know them) and they will be heard better. Get the Blackthorn regulars together. I do agree that it never really worked for England games as despite it being a block for members only, half of it ended up being filled by families and tourists who were more interested in starting Mexican Waves

Highly unlikely the seat thoug. I am pretty certain we could choose the block last time.

Dunno what you're worried about, you'll be in hospitality with the Taylor family for the day.

I think i'll attempt to get near the singing block but with a bit more angle to the game, 130/131/132. Can imagine them being very popular seats however.
