Have tried everything now. Upper case, lower case, most likely spelling mistakes.... you name it. No joy at all. Got through to the club eventually and told I couldn't buy tickets online. Told them this was not the case. Then asked if they could check the database for me. "No computer, just a phone". Why no computer? That's on the shop floor. Ok, well go and use it please. No, sorry. Ok, well can you get someone else to do it? No. Why not? Too busy selling merchandise. Ok, well can I effectively be the next customer after the one they are currently serving? No. Ok, well can you pass my details on and get a member of staff to check the computer for me when they next have chance? Sighs loudly, I can try but won't make any promises. Raging doesn't come close. Thank God they don't play for us! It recognises mine but not my son's grrrrrrrrr!

Just out of interest, did it only give you the option of block 128? On mobile site it doesn't let you choose. Switch to desktop. Discovered that myself. Although it was giving me category 1 tickets for category 2 prices on mobile!

I give up. Not recognizing my surname online. Can't get through on the phone. Tried Seetickets general number but they just gave me the 0844 number again. Will wait till Thursday now. That's 2 hours of my life I won't get back again.

Surely it's See tickets who's fu*king it up? They would have gave See tickets the relevant information RE: season ticker holders etc etc. Or am I missing something?

The only thing I will say is that it is POSSIBLE someone at SeeTickets f**ked the data import up. Surely both should have done a reconcile check though? (just in terms of the total number of records imported). Very silly not to have and has screwed a lot of people over as a result. One thing I will say is that: 1) You're going to get tickets (as will I) 2) We may even end up with better tickets than we'd have got today if we snap up a Tier 2 ticket Feel your pain though as I'm in the same boat.

Hardly the clubs fault ! Give it a little time, nothing runs like a dream when everyone wants something.

Unlikely we'll ever know.

Just spoken to the club, lady there (didn't get her name, should have) was very helpful and sympathetic. Seems they been providing the data to Seetickets but getting all sorts of problems. Anyway it would seem my postcode was incorrect on the database. Redid my online application and sailed through ok. Me and son of Eastville1966 will be there. UTG.

It's more to do with supporters club members being the problem. It seems that the majority of people who are SC members but not ST holders are having problems. Maybe it is SeeTix yes but it's weird that the problem is so consistently with SC members. I would add though that the SC shop were telling people in the queue this morning that sales were to ST holders only which is simply untrue.

What they should had done to sell tickets is start from the back and work their way down to the front. As season tckets holders we should get the better seats first! looks as if we all made a big mistake getting our tickets first!!!!

Everyone has their own intrepretation of better seats Personally I prefer the lower tier so Im nearer to the pitch At the end of the day all views at Wembley are good AND we are going there !!!!

Exporting data (given that they've done it) should have been easy to have just dumped everything in to a file. Then again, importing it the other end should have been easy as well. Completely at a loss to understand how someone has ballsed it up.

I had to use the same surname on each ticket and the same address to get 4 tickets You can also use someone else's address if they are a season ticket holder and pay for it on your card and have the tickets sent to your self !

From working with hundreds of database I know from experience most problems are down to data capture. Different people shift between fields in different ways, this creates issues on exports when no consistency, other people never use capitals, others only use capitals and so on -- all of these things can cause problems when someone is trying to check data entry back to the database as SeeTickets are automatically

Tbh it seems SeeTickets have the field on the form as case sensitive which is bad programming due to the reason you speak about. They should have just converted both strings to upper (or lower) case and some will have avoided the stress. That's not the issue I'm having though unfortunately. Also spoke to the club and they confirmed the post code is correct. So whilst there's no doubt some issue will be due to typos, there is definitely something odd going on.
