Sorry for another thread. Not panicking but this seems to be an issue...
A lot of SC members being unsuccessful. Has this database actually been shared?
The OS has always said that tickets will only be available to season ticket holders from 9am today for two days, its never mentioned supporters club members, so wonder if this is the case.
Cant get through to the club shop.

According to Twitter, postcode with no space might solve some issues!

Surely the club shop doesn't have the BRSC database anyway? More likely 199 will.

Tried every possible way mate. Even writing 'suck my plums' in the postcode field doesn't work

They should have got Forest Green to send the database. They did. all BS postcodes have been barred. |

I have ST and SC, enter my name and postcode once and it lets me have upto 16 tickets...

Got engaged tone loads and then finally go through. Got through to a lady who passed me to correct department, but been on hold ever since. Most promising yet though at least.

Ok. Got through to a very, very helpful polite young lady at SeeTickets.
She searched their database with the name, post code and even the ST number.... nothing.
So Rovers have definitely missed it off the list. It's clear others must be in the same boat. Shambles.
She has passed the details on to her team leader (which was even her suggestion helpfully) and they are apparently going to call me back.
Whether they actually do time will tell. And they may even just call back to say that they can't do it and that I'll need to speak with the club.
Will let you know the outcome.
