Try online now , after not being on the see tickets database all morning and after ringing up etc I randomly tried again out of boredom and frustration, and it worked!! Advise anyone having problems yo try again as I think theyve updated the data base . Block 133 row 12 bought ! Let's av it

Nope, still not working for me.
Maybe they are making new uploads though so I'll try again in 30 minutes or so just incase.

Just tried it out of interest, works for me now only if you put your postcode in capitals

If its any help I spoke to someone on the phone at half 10ish. Who was going to check my details as it wasn't on their database....they still haven't rang me back!!!! so keep trying . Best of luck. I know the pure frustration

TIP - If, like me, you didnt read the details on that first page..
You only need to enter your details as lead booker. It will then take you through to the seat choosing page where you can choose your tickets.
I was after 3 tickets, and so was putting all 3 peoples details on that first page, when I only needed to put my own (as lead booker). Duh.
The reason it wasnt recognising the details was because the other 2 people I put on there arent SC/ST members.
So in short, only put your details as lead booker. Looks like it gives you the option of buying up to 16 tickets anyway when you only enter one persons details..though that may change when you get to the payment page

Yeh only putting in the one lot of details on page 1 and not working.
However, a work colleague just mentioned his mate has got him tickets so his ST is effectively "spare". Popped his details in and got straight through.
However, looking at the remaining seats/sections, I think I'm now still going to wait until Thursday (or when Tier 2 tickets go on sale if before then) as think (hope!) I'll end up with better seats.
