The 14th is looming, Sainsburys reported a 15% loss today, is that a 15% loss on last years profits or on expected profits or an actual loss?

Does it matter what their losses are if they're ordered to pay us?

They would have made a profit, but most of it was taken up by legal costs.

So is that £628m they've put aside to cover costs or what they've already paid out?

This sounds like promising news to me. If they've paid out on other sites then that gives me confidence.

Just goes to show how many other contracts they've pulled out of too.
Absolute Lady Gardens.

It would somewhat put a dampener on things if an adverse court decision issued just before our big Wembley day out.
On the other hand,I suppose, it'd be an unbelievably unforgettable one if we get funds for the stadium AND win promotion in the space of a week!!

I don't think the decision will be made before the final.

Our club will be advised of the outcome by the Judge via a letter sometime in June as agreed.

I don't think the decision will be made before the final. yes it will. One of the country’s top judges at London’s High Court today fast-tracked a key court hearing in Bristol Rovers' plans to build a new stadium and sell the Memorial Ground to Sainsbury’s. Mr Justice Roth scheduled the seven day hearing to begin between May 11 and 15 after being told that it is vital for the club to know by June whether it can hold supermarket giants, Sainsbury's, to a £30m deal to buy the current stadium. At the end of the May hearing, the judge will almost certainly reserve judgment to give a written decision, probably in June.
