And a reminder that you can buy a whole season ticket for little more than the cost of your Wembley ticket, transport, beer and food for the big day out. And what's more, the club would benefit for all your cash and support next year.

Unfortunately, that's the sort of clever thinking that Rovers sub GCSE business department don't bother with...

And a reminder that you can buy a whole season ticket for little more than the cost of your Wembley ticket, transport, beer and food for the big day out. And what's more, the club would benefit for all your cash and support next year. But every single extra fan at Wembley adds a tiny incremental extra bit of help to the team. And 5,000 tiny extra increments might add up to quite a bit of extra help to the team if they all roar them on with the ones who have already bought tickets. It's a lot of money for one match, and the tickets are too expensive. But it's a really, really important match, and every extra bit of support might just make a little difference and spur the team on. Imagine another scenario where most said it's too expensive, and refused to go. The sight of 10,000 gasheads scattered across an empty Wembley wouldn't exactly inspire the team.

I think they should tell everyone on the database that my book is still available. And put it on twitter, website etc. In stock at the Club Shop at the Mem and the SC shop in Kingswood. 50% goes to the club Or via the link in my signature. 100% goes to the debt I'm in. Now that would be what I call marketing!

And it's great that we will get lots of potential new fans. But if I were marketing Rovers I'd be pointing out: Father and Son go to Wembley for 1 off football day out. Tickets £76 Transport (sc coach) £60 Food (Mac D in services on the way home) £10 Sweets and drinks for the journey £5 Wembley hot dogs and a drink £15 Programme £5 3 beers and 3 cokes in the green man £20 You are looking at a the best part of 200 quid and imo I've maybe underestimated what some will spend. Promote the fact that under 11s get a free ST with full paying adult for about £50 quid more than that. That's 20+ great football days out for the price of 1!!

Every Wembley attendee should receive a thank you card for their support along with a 'rovers pack' this should include young pirates membership, fixture list, offers etc. A pricey move but speculate to accumulate and all that.

If people get a thank you card for attending Wembley, what the hell you gonna give people who attend a November match at The Mem? Think this is getting a bit silly now

But surely you see the difference? What is the point of enticing a die hard in November? There will be 20k people at Wembley who don't normally go! If a few hundred took up an offer of a ST or 70/80 young pirates, it's worth it.

The authorities at rovers need to be a step ahead of supporters in that respect though. Whereas us lot will go suicidal and give up on life for a few weeks, the officials should have contingency. Breath held.

If we win i'll have 15 ciders and party all night
and if we lose i'll have 15 ciders to ease the pain.

This conversation is very fitting with the subject headline "Time for a very big last push!" Not for me, just sitting and letting it fall out at the moment.

That will happen in 89th min at 0-0 and rovers get a pen We'll all do that. Being serious, I fly back to Boxheadland on Monday, and then go into hospital on Tuesday for a little procedure on my heart (had a heart attack last year). So, I will try to reduce the strain on my ticker by just sitting still and clapping politely if anything exciting happens. A friggin pen at 0-0 after 89 mins?!?!?!? I'd bloody fart, sh1t meself and faint !
