Another indication of the total togetherness and general good feeling that DC has managed to instill in the squad.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the quarters at some point. Shame we don't have him for Wembley as his pace on a big pitch could have caused Grimsby a lot of problems.

Dawson, who will see out the remainder of this season as part of Leicester City's development squad, added: "There will be nobody happier than me if Rovers get promoted on Sunday."
Not sure about that lad!
Fantastic attitude though and just goes to show how on the ball DC is when it comes to "personalities" and the getting the right players in at this club attitude wise.
That's why regardless of what happens Sunday, we need to trust his judgement over the summer and next season.

Easily impressed? Is he looking for a contract by any chance or am I wide of the mark?

Also saw on twitter that Michael Smith is going to Wembley. I'd love to get him back if we won promotion Hows he been doing at Peterborough ? Edit: Just seen he's plsyed 40 games this season so looks like he's in favour there. Maybe the following season when we're in league 1 then.

Think you may be wide of the mark, i added a thread the other week about the fact that the first game after dawsons loan ended he was watching the game, he could have gone straight back and never returned ,but to me it showed that this year under DC we seem to have returned to people wanting to play for the club, and theres a real team spirit even in those who are loaned to us, tbh if it was just for a contract i feel he wouldn't be off to watch us just phone up, Somethings going right in the dressing room In reality i think there are several reasons for this ,i think it comes from the top down to the bottom, and mainly due to DC ,but most of all it hasn't been this way for a long time ,we just ain't used to it

Dawson was at Alfreton too, I'm 90% sure he'll be signing in the summer.

I love Les Dawson. His best joke is.....
"There was a knock on my front door last night. When I opened it, there were two Policemen stood there. They held up a photo and said, "is this your wife?". I replied, "yes it is, so what?". They said, "It looks like she's been in a car crash!"
"Yeah I know", I said, "but she's got a great personality and she's a good cook!".

Some one asked him if he was going again
his reply was "OH YES!!!"

Easily impressed? Is he looking for a contract by any chance or am I wide of the mark? Don't care if he is, he's performed well and seems to get on well with the other lads. Would be overjoyed to have him back.
