Wake up at 7am, drag the Missus out of bed, put the tickets in my pocket, drag the Missus away from the mirror at 7.58am, check I've still got the tickets, get in the car, check I've still got the tickets, drive to Hammersmith, park up, check I've still got the tickets, see some of the sights to keep the Missus happy, grab a couple of pints, check I've still got the tickets, get on the Tube to Wembley Park, take my seat in 552, watch the Gas gain promotion back to the football league, happy days! where's me keys where's me phone where's me tickets where me phone where's me keys where me tickets. I do that but in no particular order.

I haven't seen you in probably over 40 years :-) I'll send you a PM. Sent one back, got to be 40yrs or more Your dad is the reason I follow Rovers ! I remember going to the games at Eastville in his Morris 1100 with Carol King playing on (I think) the eight-track. Then we'd both sit on the wall in the North Enclosure with our rattles and your old man would go back into the crowd with his mates. This would have been about 1969/1970?

There's a few from Southmead started going with the old man. Remember sitting on the wall with our rattles, but honestly can't remember what year but it must have been the sixties Carol king, it might as well rain until September,or Glen Miller and of course Mario Lanza, really don't remember what he played it on But they were good days, lets hope Sunday will be another,we are in Block 228, I will be the bald 58 year old singing and shouting like I still was a kid
