I assume you can't use laptops etc in the public gallery anyway whilst the Judge is in the court room? you can. as long as you don't mind a waterboarding in the bogs, thumb screws in the interrogation room, and a good bumming in the alley outside. OOeer, I'm on my way ! |

When/if this goes badly.....Are we going to be able to contain the frustration prior to Sunday?
On the contrary, if it goes well....Are we going to prematurely ejaculate prior to a potential upset on Sunday?

Given the trial is expected to last a week it seems unlikely it's going to go either good or bad today, unless the Judge decides one party hasn't got a case to answer? |

The judge spent yesterday reading the cases.....so today, she may just open up with "Sainsbury's. I do believe you are offering the Oscar Pistorious defence in that you haven't got a leg to stand on!".
