Am I the only one worried that this female judge has taken over from Justice Roth? Roth seemed like the sort of bloke who wouldn't take any of Sainbury's horseshit. When they asked for a 6-month extension he told them to Foxtrot right Oscar. Any idea what happend to Roth? The only good news, if you can call it that, is the new judge sat on the Coventry City case which seems to have been negotiated behind closed doors allowing them to return to the Ricoh Arena (before Wasps stole from them!) Coventry were lucky to get back in. They signed a lease to play there for ticket-income only (as far as I remember)...no hospitality income, no food/drink income, no sponsorship income (...? not sure about that one, but it sounds like something I remember reading). If the Ricoh didn't actually want them, and (more importantly) their fans back they'd still be at Northampton. That case wasn't about legal contracts, it was actually about two groups getting around a table and all working together for the common good....seems completely different to us and Sainsbury's...

BARRY BRADSHAW RED CARD (62)
Barry Bradshaw shown the door after trying to flog some dodgy yellow shirts in the court.

May not be appropriate time whilst the case is on, but up to you. However, reading the campaign against Sainsbury's use of Krill Oil shows how their social media could be bombarded with a properly orchestrated approach.

If it's carefully worded and factually accurate, why not....especially from a different country
