Surely, once a play-off spot was guaranteed, it should have been possible to do a ticket pricing projection for either outcome? The club really should have put themselves in a position to be able to take advantage of the "feel good factor" whilst it is at it's height. agree totally, it's a football club, they have the job of selling football tickets.... LOL. exactly, and at the moment there is only 1 'ticket' that can be sold. It's hardly like selling ST's, FGR away, FGR home, and keeping an eye on Wembley, all at the same time. BTW -I know the shop work hard, and I know they have other things to do. I'm not having a go at them. If they aren't being allowed to 'do their job' [i.e. sell tkts] at the moment, I'm really surprised at that.

i think thats the problem though bud....
if i was at work and i couldn't sell a product, then my employerers would be really unimpressed if i didn't negotiate some kind of gaurantee or trust in regard to the relevence of a future transaction....
i'd return to any retailer who was sympethethic to my needs and ordered what i asked for....

Maybe it's because if we win the court case,we may be playing at another ground while UWE is built. Don't know what would happen to us who already have one

Don't know what would happen to us who already have one why would that happen? it is part of the contract that Sainsbury's cannot have the ground until Rovers move to the UWE. I think I read somewhere that technically it will be their land and they charge us a peppercorn rent until we leave. Which I guess is actually another reason why Sainsbury's want to leave; as it will be several years before their store actually is open and making money!

The board might not know for sure where we will be playing if we win the case,as Severncider said Sainsbury's may want us out and we may have to play at another ground while the UWE is built

Threads on both forums. maybe people are tweeting about it as well?? Naked protests taking place at the club shop. streakers in the dock at the RCJ. boob bans from lady gasheads. Soon someone will be putting his snake in a fancy silver cup.

Joking aside, that actually is rubbish.
I'm a big pro club man who really doesn't like slating them but this is just shockingly awful.

It's awful, it's not often you get the advantage of having 4x your usual customer base in one place. I hope to god we have got the e-mails/post details for everyone this time, as it can still be fixed. Get offers out to everyone now that season tickets are frozen in price for a week and get as many people snapping them up as possible. It doesn't take much to get the payment from people and send out the books later. No wonder the likes of Brighton, Swansea and even City etc are light years ahead of us. Most of the club would fail miserable in a GCSE business exam, it's basic stuff. We have 91 other clubs to ask, copy, get advice from on ideas, top sellers in shops and BRFC needs to set up fan panels?

The latest YouTube NH interview suggests DC already has a budget set for next season, unless that's BS then surely that must be calculated on the the price of next season's season tickets etc? If so why doesn't the club just release the prices?

Did the club not think of a price structure before the wembley final? Cant believe there not on sale im looking to buy one! anyone else! Bought back in April, stumped up the cash on the early bird when we were still a non league club, came in the post last Saturday before the final, happy days.

We might as well as let DC take control of things off the pitch as well as on it.

Lets be honest the Board can't win whatever they do other than pull out the rabbit and get us the stadium. If they win the case then suddenly they will become heroes. Unfortunately personally I can't see us winning the Court Case and I absolutely dread for the future. Will I have a club to write Match reports on next season? Who knows? If we haven't then it won't matter whether Season Tickets are on sale or not.
