Lets be honest the Board can't win whatever they do other than pull out the rabbit and get us the stadium. If they win the case then suddenly they will become heroes. Unfortunately personally I can't see us winning the Court Case and I absolutely dread for the future. Will I have a club to write Match reports on next season? Who knows? If we haven't then it won't matter whether Season Tickets are on sale or not. To be fair Steve this is not one to defend the Board on. We don't have season tickets on sale just a few days after a trip to Wembley that saw 30,000 fans wanting to watch us play. They were on sale weeks ago. It's bizarre. It's staggering that we've managed to f**k this one up.

Another missed opportunity, Boyce Bradshaw and his marketing team are still trying to shift a job lot of Wembley wigs and dodgy yellow 3rd kits! Same old rag bag Rovers

If we go into Admin after losing the court case all season ticket holders will lose their money. Perhaps that is why they aren't selling them at the moment??

Just thought but wouldn't it actually be illegal for our BoD to continue selling season tickets, if there was a real danger we could be put into administration week?
Perhaps we just need to cut the BoD some slack whilst they try and fight for the club's survival?

Probably wouldn't be illegal, loads of businesses keep trading right up to point of failure and creditors lose money as a result. But could argue its un ethical if it is known / expected by the business. Not sure what happened to other clubs in terms of the new company honouring STs already sold by the old one if the club rises from the ashes after administration. Anyone know?

If current owners were trying to cut their losses then they would be selling as many season tickets as possible but of course those who had bought would lose their money.

Wouldn't season tickets holders be classed as preferential creditors if they received free season tickets from newco whilst the local butcher didn't get paid?

This is nonsense. There's no way that we're suddenly in imminent danger of bankruptcy now the court case is on, but we weren't a few weeks ago (when they were selling season tickets) when the court case had been scheduled for months.
The club is in a better state financially after the Wembley final than before it, obviously.

What if you had bought a ticket on Sunday then the Judge threw our case out on Monday whilst awarding full costs to Sainsbury's? As a result the BoD decided they had no choice but to put the club in Admin, would you be happy?
Regardless if you are seriously thinking of paying a few hundred for a season ticket is waiting a week or so going to make a difference, if so, perhaps the club are actually doing you a favour!!

If they're not selling season tickets now in case "the Judge threw our case out on Monday whilst awarding full costs to Sainsbury's? As a result the BoD decided they had no choice but to put the club in Admin," why were they selling them two weeks ago?

just tried to ring the shop 3 times as i need to renew anyway and no answer, also online is just timing out....
thought i'd be the smug one who could come on here and say it's all fine, but alas, i might take a walk down later and find out whats going on....
not scare mongering but it does seem a bit odd....
