Couple of changes from the announced team. McLaughlin out for Kieran Preston, good opportunity for the lad against decent Conference South opposition. Myrie-Williams in for Gosling, who played yesterday. TEAM: Preston, Leadbitter, James Clarke, Parkes, Brown, Myrie-Williams, Lines, Ollie Clarke, Ajala, Harrison, Taylor What's up with McLaughlin then I wonder?

Twitter says slight groin strain for McLoughlin.
I'm more interested in Myrie-Williams' change in stance after McNamara's comments the other day!

Bit on the fence re: Myrie-Williams if I'm honest. If we could get 'Myrie-Williams at Port Vale', that'd be lovely. But Scunthorpe fans have a bit of a damning opinion of him. Will be interesting to see how Ajala does too. He's one I want us to sign, although I suspect its JMW or Ajala, rather than both.

Yeah, free-kick. It's on facebook for those interested courtesy, of course, from Jake Barber.

Odd that Preston was preferred to Puddy! Puddy is injured, as per DC at Salisbury yesterday.

Two games, two wins. I never like to read to much into pre-season results, particularly against non-league opposition, but it's clear we are going to win back-to-back promotions.
