To be honestly I don't have the foggiest. It's a shame there isn't actually a market with the bookies on this as it would give me a better idea of our chances. No it wouldn't

Have felt quite pessimistic about our chances on the whole over the past 7 weeks but for no reason at all I feel very upbeat about it today, not enough to make us favourites mind.
Sainsburys. 4/6 Gas. 7/5

Seems pretty clear to me.
( "There is nothing in this agreement that stipulates, implies or requires that the cut-off date will bring about the cessation of any obligations on any party." )

Problem is which brief is correct:
Mark Wonnacott QC, for Sainsbury's argued that the "structure of the contract" meant that conditions had not been met by a cut-off date and the contract had been lawfully terminated.
Only 2 hours to wiat now until we know!

I think we would HAVE to build the stadium. I am sure that was one of the CONDITIONS that was mentioned in the Court case and if the Sale HAS to go through after todays verdict then it will new ground or no ground!!!

Even if we won the court case and got the 30m we still wouldnt build a stadium... so why would they pay us 30M? For a concession stand behind the Dribuild?? Building UWE is a condition of the contract.

Building UWE is a condition of the contract. UWE wont happen, its been a major distraction far too long which contributed to us getting relegated and now its also effecting us bringing in new players! glad for it to be all over no matter what the out come.

So we get the 30m right. The plans for uwe are old now, so would it be fair to say that some of the licenses will need to be re-applied for? Also, wouldn't some of the costs increased? Supplies and labour etc.

Why tweet that then say he doesn't even know if the Board have been told the verdict in response to another tweet? Like the rest of us I doubt he's a clue what the verdict will be. Maybe he had a visit from the Good Vibes fairy?

I'm listening to The Impossible Dream by Andy Williams.
We have to be positive!
