If we are in low mid table with little chance of the play offs, or going down, will he be open minded about letting experienced (Mildenhall, Mansell, McChrystal) players go out on loan at the March/April transfer window, so to save some wages and to give some of the youngsters (Preston, Lyttle, Broom etc) an opportunity?

Before any question are asked I think we should all say thank you. Then ask him what Fridays Euro millions numbers are

I've got a round hat box and my wife's box isn't square either. Does she put pizza in it? No Mars bars and the odd finger of fudge.

Do you think the great morale and team spirit, so evident last season, will have been affected in any way by the Sainsbury's decision?

What are your views Darrell on our scouting set-up? How does it operate at the present time? Who are the key staff involved? What improvements do you envisage being made in the future? Is there a role for fans in making scouting recommendations?

Are we serious about keeping hold of our best players like Blisset? His goals will have alerted lg1/champ clubs. Should we cash in or try to keep our most promising assets. We have always sold our best strikers and Bliss looks like following in the footsteps of Roberts, Ellington, Stewart, Lambert etc.

Is there a role for fans in making scouting recommendations? Something I have would have liked to have asked plenty of managers we have had. I know a lot of football fans like to think they can do better than some people at their favourite clubs but it seems in the past we have genuinely had a bunch of fans with good knowledge of the lower leagues and have been able to make some good suggestions.

How effective were the match reviews with Chris Jelf last season? Did they actually happen? (I'll be there tonight so will try and ask about that part of the review since it was stated at the Q&A that this would be a new feature - in fact from memory it was the only definite new thing which the review resulted in)

Would you still stay at the club if a certain group of forum users bought the club

I understand him not answering questions about the stadium but to stop him from answering about the playing budget just creates more uncertainty in my opinion. Why are the board not comfortable for him to reiterate Higgs' answer that there is no change in the playing budget following the judge's decision? They are very sensitive about this and the obvious conclusion to be drawn is that it does effect the playing budget, which is not surprising. We obviously have to cut our cloth accordingly following this setback and I don't see why the supporters shouldn't know this.

Saying no questions at all is probably the only option. Of course DC wants a bigger budget, i think every manager would push for that no matter the industry. Best not to speak about it though. Discussing finances is tacky

The court case doesn't affect the original budget DC was given. It is an entirely separate thing from the money being used in the court case and any subsequent appeal. His budget may have increased had the judge ruled in our favour, but it certainly won't have decreased as a result of what happened.
I can only assume that they don't want DC talking about the budget because in comparison to the high-paying teams it isn't all that big, but we all know that counts for nothing anyway because we always used to have one of the highest budgets and wound up relegated. Last year DC wasn't so secretive about his budget and it left the BoD receiving some criticism because it wasn't the highest in the division like people expected. If this year it is kept in-house, people can only speculate on how big/small it is in comparison to other teams and that prevents unnecessary pressure from building.
It also helps DC in his quest to strengthen his squad; if agents know the size of our budget, they will demand a higher weekly wage for their clients than they would if they didn't know. This can only be a good thing and hopefully result in us landing the players we want at a reasonable price.

I kind of agree, but my point is why be secretive about the fact that we have to balance our books? Especially now, when we have a decent squad that is not on over-inflated wages. Our supporters understand and welcome this stuff after years of profligacy helped to get us into trouble, so I don't think it would do any harm to get out in the open that money is tight - it could help DC create a siege mentality.

How regularly Darrell do you view comments made on the Club Forums? What impact do comments made on Social Media have on you and the team? Do you discourage players from viewing negative comments? Do you have a preference for the Independent Forum or Gaschat?

Can't go tonight, babysitting, so could someone please report later topics covered, would like DC to be asked about ched Evans, as think once he bangs the goals in for someone who has the bottle to sign him, he will move on for decent money. Easter probably played with him for Wales, appreciate if someone could?

Great idea and the money certain forum members are trying to raise to buy the club from Higgs can be used to also replace all the lost sponsors once we sign him on
