Heard a strong rumour that former Swindon chairman Jeremy Wray may be looking at us with a view to a prospective purchase of the club.
Gotta say I know nothing about him other than what is on Google. Anyone know any more?
After the Agombar episode, if there is to be a new owner, I just hope it's the right one.

So what does he feel is his recipe for success?
“If there’s one thing I want to be remembered for in my short time and space in charge it’s that the board has that openness and honesty,” he said.
“You don’t have to go through every detail of every board meeting and report it into the press, but people like to know what the strategy is, that you’re sticking with it, that you’re coherent, that if an issue blows up you’re firm on where you stand with it. Obviously we’ve had several incidents directly related to Paolo and his management style.
Already beats the current lot.

Is he the one who over spends, goes bust, over spends, goes bust...etc? Overspending was apparently why he was told to leave Swindon. Was a fans favourite at Swindon for his openness and his willing to work with the fans. That attitude would pay dividends at the rovers. Seems an exciting proposition if anything comes of it.

Oh, lets hope so, we could have such fun with the over spend, then we go bust and everyone is sad. But we like change, infact we demand change. Lets all get on and enjoy the ride, it will be like Rich's bus but all the wheel nuts are loose and we are going over a cliff !

The Overspending issue at Swindon is a worry but every club overspends these days and if he can bridge the loss with his own money then it doesn't bother me.

The online gambler who put most of the money into Swindon . To be honest I don't really care, it's just a new person to love then later on to hate, it's what chairman and owners are for.

Is it Brad Pitt, Meet Joe Black, he takes up residence at Anthony Hopkins place and he reveals he is death and is ready to take him to the grim reaper? Blessings.

To be fair looking at Swindon, the overspending and going bust method works. Overspent to get out of L2, overpaid to stay in L1, went a bit bust, unbusted by fans/new owners, overspend to move to top of L1. Nice formula.

At least we'll have fun along the way as you say a quick blast up the divisions or a slow painful road to admin as we are If we're being blunt we're treading water to oblivion and it's is killing us slowly plus arguing among ourselves has never been worse - still at least we have a "Visionary Genius" eh? You slam those who would like a change after 8 years of misery others slam you for wanting things to stay the same - no-ones wrong by the way Lets embrace all opinions UTG
