The fans look like they have been rounded up at a service station and plonked in front of a camera with no idea what was going on. Sure one of them was desperate for a P dancing around behind the main presenters. How the f**k did Virgo get a job on there?

We haven't got the rights to show our own highlights, so it'll be whether the FL/C5 allow us to upload any.
The new show was awful in comparison to the FLS. At least you knew where you stood with that.
No need to knock our media department, though. The online and social media content has improved tenfold in the last 12 months.

Breaking up the Championship games over the course of the programme was inane............ I hope they do not do that in 2 years' time, when we are there
Body language and verbal tone suggested to me that Mr C has experienced some negatives over the summer regarding signings and the way forward for the club. I do not read or listen to reports on them in the media but am sure that if they had had any big injury scares or lost any of their top players then the headlines on those events would hit me in the eye. I cannot recall any such matters arising, so can only assume he is a manager frustrated with having his hands tied. Maybe the DoG is quite happy with Championship football and having learned his lesson the hard and very expensive way, is not willing to release the purse strings to try to go higher.

I just wanted to watch the L2 bits, but they seemed to be all over the place. Then our piece was even shorter than the old Show. Hope this improves. Martin Allen kept saying Barnet were top all season too. No they weren't. Bad day all round.

Tbf to Virgo he did The Conference last season with BT Sport, I thought he was quite good on it.

I thought the programme was overall a bigger mess than our performance yesterday but like us yesterday needs to be given a few "performances" to bed in. Like the old show the highlights were quite good for the Championship down to very limited for most of League 2. The format of going backwards and forwards over the Leagues did not work and the old format of going through each division was better although I take it the aim is to get more people to watch all of the show rather than just turn om at the right time to just get your own divisions matches. Managers input and the guest is something that can be worked on but for me the supporters being there was too much like the Saturday morning programme and didn't really work and too much time of the programme was wasted on it. As regards our game for me the highlights could have consisted of. 1) The miss by Taylor 2) The goal. 3) The near miss by them after the goal that could have sewn the game up 4) The save by Mildenhall 5) The miss by Harrison. 6) A quick word with both Managers This could be done for all games if they cut out the nonsense. Anyway I think it is worth another watch and I like the timing of the programme!!

Very poor format that followed on from the BBC's Claire Baldings Wimbledon show. Why they think we want to watch extremely average presenters backed by people standing behind them is beyond me. I would prefer to see more highlights and less chat thankyou very much Channel 5!

Let's be honest it's complete sh!te up to the football league show. I'm only going to carry on watching it because of the earlier time.

Wasnt that bad. If they stick the goals on in order it will be fine. Its great to see a non-subscription channel put a Football League highlights show on at prime time on a Saturday night. Hats of to Channel 5. Its the first show for christs sake. They will tweak it I'm sure. Far better than listening to Clem, Rosenior or Claridge and a nice alternative to the dreadful Match of the Day format.
Far from a perfect show, but far from the mess people claiming.

If they take note of the feedback it could be knocked into shape.
Show the highlights in league order and ditch the live audience would be top of my list.

Instead of jumping league to league and back again, they would be better off mixing it up by having league 2 first or whatever. Most football league supporters aren't really to concerned about seeing other team's goals and personally, I would rather just tune in to see The Gas. Having to sit through that load of shi te because you don't know when they might be shown is so annoying.

Didn't ITV a few years back show The Prem highlights at about 8.00pm, but after a few shows put it back to about 11.00pm because the fans didn't like the timing?
