I purchased a bottle of water and walked away with a bottle of water. However they were pouring cola into plastic cups, obviously cola bottles are more dangerous.... Wow. I wasn't allowed to buy one last season. watered me off because my lad kicked the cup over which was the reason I wanted a bottle in the first place.

Jeez don't you get it? The only reason I look at the pasties is because they aren't sold by us. Still no answer as to why BRFC staff were involved in logistics then? If I acuse you of lying then I'm in for a barrel load, but its good to know you remember the entire conversation, good for you.

That's right a bag! Very difficult to handle and drink out of.

Look at it like a pub, the tennant has his hands tied by the brewery and has to stock their products. It is still up to the tenant of the pub to stock it and attract customers. Rovers don't sell the pasties to them, the franchises buy their own products, so its nothing like that.

No YOU sound desperate. Your last point was that anyone can mess up once and now you try to maintain that by ignoring all the countless other examples put before you. Of course if you insist on looking only at the pasties that IS trivial, but you can't do that. It's the cumulative effect of all the problems that is the point, as you must surely realise. This is not about you, it's about BRFC. Jeez don't you get it? The only reason I look at the pasties is because they aren't sold by us. If they were they'd have a sell-by date of 10/8/14

Judging by the time some people spend on here, perhaps they could spend some time working tomorrow night, after all £20 minus tax/Ni is rather appealing

If it's that appealing why don't you apply?

How do you know there were no problems? Is that based on nobody bring it up, or do you get a post match catering report? Altrincham? We played them ages ago! You do know that it is ok for people to complain and be disgruntled don't you? The service we get at the Mem is below par. There's only so much people can take and its not asking for much really. There are cheaper Saturday afternoons available with far better facilities. I'm going by what is posted on here, you said every time there is a big crowd there is problems, I mentioned our last two games there wasn't, as your so sure there was, prove it. A few links to show the problems. You like to stir it, go ahead our last two games (with bigger gates) prove there is always problems with big gates. Go on I dare you. Ah, good one. Nice dare too. You are disagreeing with quite a few others on this one thread. Have you thought about stopping and thinking that maybe you are wrong? If I can't find any evidence of problems at previous games, does that mean there weren't any? Haha.

Go on prove yourself right, just a little thread, go on and prove yourself right. Just to shut me up even.

It's amazing how many people are arguing about pasty sales! The bottom line is that it's down to the club. Either the club sell them or the club sub contracts the job to someone else. If the sub contract company fails to meet to the club's standards then they terminate the contract and find someone more suitable.

Still no answer as to why BRFC staff were involved in logistics then? If I acuse you of lying then I'm in for a barrel load, but its good to know you remember the entire conversation, good for you. Eh? Not sure I follow. I was second in the queue and the same steward who was at the West Enc half way line gate - yellow waistcoat and earpiece radio - moved me out of the way to talk to the woman in the kiosk. He asked what she was running low on she said she had no cola and only six pasties. He said okay then turned and announced it to the queue. Not a difficult episode to bring to mind, I should think I'd be a bit concerned if my memory was unable to recall such a small amount of information. I was able to recall it quite easily because guess what I wanted? Coke and a pasty. Anyway what with this spiffing anecdote and the fact BRFC are actually advertising for pasty hut staff it looks like you're about as wrong as you can be on this one.
