In light of the clubs inability to extract the most money from Fans on Saturday, do we sacrifice £100,000 from the playing budget to fund a New Top flight CEO ?

I am going yes simply because I feel this would see a positive return.

I'd do the job for half that.

Id rather have someone that is relevant to our situation than a prem club CEO. Our budget would be gone as soon at the first round of champagne and prawn sandwiches get bought for the board.

I'd do the job for half that. And if you do who will replace you as the camp cowboy in the village people line up?

Yes - not sure what is meant by top flight, I assume top quality rather than someone with Premiership experience (which £100k would not be near). With some sort of bonus/incentive based on increases in turnover and profit in a number of key areas - matchday food and drink, shop merchandise, corporate sponsorship etc.

Makes no difference, the club have already opted for the 3rd option.

What's wrong with our acting CEO anyway? He single handedly won us promotion last season.

So if you are Chairman of BRFC would you replace him with a top flight CEO and take the budget from the playing side ?

I'm not into saying ****** out! but yes it would certainly seem there is room for improvement in his role.

We desperately need fresh approach and a shake up. As long as there are people defending incompetence though, nothing will change. It seems only results on the pitch affect people's moods when actually it's ok to see the negatives when we win and vice versa. We could be 20 points clear but the catering and facilities on offer would still be atrocious. (Plus it gets worse when there is a big crowd. Obviously)

He is one of the highest paid individuals at BRFC.
